Every room in the home has been place in an ideal position, taking advantage of the stunning coastal location that has been successfully delivered by an enthusiastic and skilled project team.

The 2020 HIA-CSR Riverina Home of the Year is a stunning home that makes the most of the rural setting and is comfortable all year round, by A.D Tanner Constructions.

With the creative assistance from Richard Cole Architecture, the initial brief transformed this property into a modest but unique Country Homestead.

“This home has embraced the site with care, creating a unique homestead, incorporating sweeping country views,” said Mr Kelly.

“The location of the rural site required thoughtful logistical planning to achieve the desired outcomes. This property is a pleasure to visit.”

The design of the house is long & linear allowing all living areas & bedrooms to have north facing windows to take in the light & warmth of winter sun, maximising the solar passive benefits.

It also allows all rooms to take in the beautiful country view over the valley. The high level of detail & combination of robust materials further enhance the style & low maintenance design of this magnificent home.
