WIN! Mt. Elephant baking packs

Realising the need for a sweet treat that hit the spot in terms of taste, but didn’t compromise on nutrition, leading nutritionist Jacqueline Alwill and Mt. Elephant have teamed up to create a new range of baking mixes together. To celebrate the launch of the new range Mt. Elephant is giving away four delicious baking prize packs valued at over $70 each.

Coming up with the initial concept of a ‘healthy cookie’ herself, Jacqueline explains that her baking mix ‘must-haves’ included an ingredients list consisting of real, whole food, low amounts of sugar, a mix of gluten-free and lunch box friendly options, and it, of course, tasting great and getting the tick of approval from her kids. The result? A delicious baking mix range, including two cookie mixes, a brownie mix and a blondie mix, which are all vegan friendly, take less than five minutes to prepare and all but one are naturally gluten-free.

With no more than three additional ingredients needed and a rich variety of nutritious whole food ingredients such as almond flour, buckwheat flour, chickpea flour, oats, chia, hemp seeds and coconut, Mt. Elephant and Jacqueline’s new baking mixes are ideal for those wanting to satisfy their sweet craving in a pinch, and know it’s full of wholesome goodness too.

Parents will also be glad to know that two of the baking mixes are lunchbox friendly, the Choc Chunk Wholefood Brownie Mix and the Banana Oat Superfood Cookie Mix; both mixes exclude nut ingredients.

So, worrying about what sweet treat to pack for lunch or being asked last minute to make a plate of baked goods for school the next day, will soon become a thing of the past. The range is available at Woolworths stores nationwide, $8.50 RRP, mtelephant.com.au

CW has 4 x Mt. Elephant prize packs to be won.
