What’s on this weekend in Canberra 25-27 March

From world-class comedy to charity gigs, Open Gardens to exhibitions, there’s a wealth of activities on across the ACT and region this weekend, 25-27 March.

Woden Seniors Book Fair: Woden Seniors’ well-known and much-loved Big Book Fair will be held on 25-27 March 10am-4pm at 12 Corinna Street, Woden. The Club will be filled with a huge range of quality pre-loved books, magazines, games, puzzles, vinyl records, CDs and DVDs and beautiful water colour paintings – all for sale at very low prices. Most fiction and non-fiction books will be priced at $2.50 each and children’s books, DVDs, and CDs at $1. Entry is by gold coin donation.

Church fair: St Andrew’s Church Fair is on Saturday 26 March from 9am at 1 State Circle, Forrest. Lots of great items for sale. Come and find a bargain! Plenty of free parking.

The 4th National Indigenous Art Triennial: Featuring 35 artists from across Australia, the exhibition, titled Ceremony, is at the NGA from 26 March to 31 July; nga.gov.au

King of Pigs: Steve Rodgers’ astonishing new play offers an unflinching glimpse into the nature of power, and the way men abuse it, 24-26 March at The Q, Queanbeyan; theq.net.au
