With Canberra’s gorgeous autumn in full swing, get out this weekend and enjoy the many live performances, exhibitions, markets and everything else that’s on 14-16 May.

Friday 14 May

If you’re interested in a fun night out at the theatre, catch the Slightly Isolated Dog production of Don Juan at The Q, Queanbeyan. Bringing comedy, thrills, chaos and delight nightly at 8pm all weekend through to 16 May;

Sarah Mann, soprano, sings opera and pianist Ella Luhtasaari will perform Opera Shots, a micro-concert out front of Badger & Co. at Kambri, ANU from 3.30pm every Friday until 28 May.

Felicity Urquhart and Josh Cunningham are touring their new album The Song Club and will play the Harmonie German Club, Narrabundah, 14 May 7pm; Eventbrite.

Australian theatre royalty, Robyn Nevin gives a stellar performance in the critically acclaimed play, A German Life, which is being performed at The Playhouse, Canberra Theatre Centre all weekend until 16 May;

Belco Arts opens four new exhibitions, In Counterpoint, Disposed/Aerosol, Material Investigation, and The Impulse of Hysteria, on Friday night 14 May, continuing until 27 June;

The Jungle Collective hosts Mad Hatter’s Indoor Plant Sale, a themed indoor plant sale at Causeway Hall, Kingston, 15-16 May;

Get your pop-culture fix at Geek Markets, at the EPIC Mallee Pavilion, 15-16 May 10am-6pm;

Parkes gallery Canberra Contemporary Art Space (CCAS) opens group exhibition Australien on 15 May;
