Top 7 homes to inspect this weekend in and around Canberra

After last week’s drop in preliminary clearance rates, likely due to auction volumes rising after lockdown, Canberra’s market is back on top, hitting an 85.7 per cent clearance rate and surpassing every other capital city, according to CoreLogic’s new report.

During the past week in Canberra, there were 178 total auctions – a significant increase on the 116 listed this time last year. Of those 178 auctions, 132 were reported as sold.

With the weather forecast predicting a gloomy couple of days, it’s an ideal time to go house hunting across the ACT.

So, without further ado, here’s our list of the top seven homes you should check out this weekend in and around Canberra.
