Three new COVID cases in Yass and Batemans Bay, one in Goulburn

The Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) has recorded seven new COVID-19 cases with three in Yass and Batemans Bay and one in Goulburn.

The new infections brings the total number of cases in the SNSWLHD to 69 since the start of the current outbreak.

Yass has three new infections that are all linked to close contacts or existing contacts.

The three cases in Batemans Bay are all linked to the current cluster in the region.

The new case in Goulburn is a close contact of an existing case.

Anyone with symptoms are instructed to isolate and get tested immediately, and remain isolated until a negative result is received.

Symptoms that could signal COVID‑19 including headache, nausea, sore throat, runny nose, cough, loss of smell or taste, or fever.
