The Sapphire of Eden to offer sparkling resort-like lifestyle

Set in the beautiful NSW Far South Coast town of Eden with views across the sparkling, jewel-like sea, interest in The Sapphire of Eden is strong with over 168 registrations of interest from buyers in the planned $100 million development.

The Sapphire of Eden will be a residential and hotel development featuring exclusive apartments with penthouse suites and a range of one, two and three bedrooms plus study for sale from $618,000.

The resort-like lifestyle will feature a heated pool, gym and barbecue areas in a fully secured precinct, with completion of the project due in late 2022.

The development, expected to re-shape and revitalise Eden as a major regional centre in NSW, will be undertaken at the Fisherman’s Club site on Chandos and Imlay Streets, Eden. This will bring millions of dollars into the Eden economy.

Core Asset Development Pty Ltd (CAD) has appointed Century 21 Projects Australasia as lead agents for the project and has a sales office located in Eden. They are available to answer any queries over the phone or online appointments to help clients reserve their slice of Eden.

Managing director of CAD, Mark Toma, said “We are delighted with the very strong, early interest among apartments buyers, and over 15 per cent of the project was sold on release in the first week with strong continuing volumes. The majority of buyers are from the Sapphire Coast and looking for a luxury residence to downsize or invest in.

“The excellent sales response comes as NSW’s South Coast is benefitting from significant government infrastructure and a surge in tourism,” he said.

CAD has also appointed international operator, Radisson Hotels under its specialist brand Radisson Individuals, to manage the five-star 78-room luxury hotel and function centre to be built on site. This prestige venue will be called Sapphire of Eden Hotel – An Individuals By Radisson.

The hotel and apartments will provide a superb lifestyle option and have been designed by noted architects, Altis Architecture and its principal Andrew O’Connell, taking in the 360-degree vistas over the sparkling seas to the mountains in the west.

More information can be found at www.cadpl.com.au and registrations of interest in the apartments can be made at www.thesapphireofeden.com.au or by calling 0432 236 340.
