Ben Faulks of Ray White Canberra and the team formerly known as LJ Hooker Commercial Canberra have joined forces for a new venture: Ray White Commercial Canberra.

“This merger was brought on by our desire to introduce a commercial arm to Canberra, to complement the ambitions of our growing Ray White Commercial network around the country,” said Mr Faulks.

“We quickly realised that our teams have an alignment of values – the new team come from a 20-year-old family business that believes in integrity and the very best customer service, and the Ray White Group has shared those similar values for 120 years,” he said.

“All of our leaders in Ray White Commercial Canberra have an alliance in the way we see the world, and believe in a collaborative culture of teamwork.”

Mr Faulks will become joint managing director of the new commericial arm, alongside Mark Thompson and Stephen Scifleet. They are joined by agents Frank Giorgi and Steven Shang, who also have ownership roles within the business.

“The commercial market in Canberra is incredibly buoyant at the moment and we believe that our group can extend the typical level of service in the region,” Mr Faulks said.

“Many of these commercial agents have been operating in the region for 30 years, have a great client base and strong relationships. We hope to supplement this even further with our residential branch,” Mr Faulks said.

“We are incredibly proud to welcome the entire Ray White Commercial Canberra team into our family, and thrilled for this next step for Ben,” said Ray White Commercial head of agency operations, Andrew Freeman.

“The depth of knowledge and experience in this team will undoubtedly bring a lot of success to them and their clients.

“We are always looking for ambitious leaders to bring into our collection of 45 dedicated commercial offices around Australia and New Zealand. This is a major move for our commercial group to really hone in on our strength across the eastern seaboard.”
