The Canberra Raiders have confirmed that Corey Harawira-Naera and Corey Hosburgh were both caught drink driving in separate incidents over the Christmas holiday period.

According to 7Sport, Harawira-Naera was charged by police with high-range drink driving on Christmas Eve, while Horsburgh blew 0.053 on 3 January.

The Raiders reported both cases to the NRL Integrity unit at the time but will not be making any further comment as they are both pending court matters.

New Zealand International Harawira-Naera joined the club halfway through last season after seeking a release from the Canterbury Bulldogs.

He was involved in an infamous schoolgirl sex scandal in Port Macquarie last off-season which led to a lengthy suspension and ultimately him leaving the Bulldogs and joining the Raiders.
