Just one new COVID-19 case in Queanbeyan

The Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) has recorded just one new COVID-19 cases overnight, with the case located in Queanbeyan.

The new infection is linked to a known case.

This brings the total number of cases in the SNSWLHD to 553 since the start of the outbreak in June.

The areas within the SNSWLHD that have cases under ‘virtual care’ are Queanbeyan-Palerang (45), Yass Valley (6), Bega Valley (6) and Upper Lachlan (1).

There are currently zero people in hospital with the virus.
