Geocon launches ‘Nightfall’

Developer Geocon has launched Nightfall, the third and final stage of the Republic Precinct development in Belconnen. It will include 334 apartments, as well as 12 retail spaces on the ground floor.

Geocon managing director, Nick Georgalis, said Nightfall, located on the southern edge of Lake Ginninderra, will appeal to “investors, young professionals and students”.

“Nightfall is Geocon’s first release in more than a year and we have already had huge interest from buyers, many who have been waiting patiently for quality stock in the Belconnen Town Centre,” he said.

Each Nightfall apartment will include features such as stone benchtops and Smeg appliances, with varied floor plans available, while the building will be home to a private entertaining space with a barbecue area, kitchen and dining room.

Geocon says prices will start at $295,900.
