Finding some swimmers for your summer holiday can be a tough ask, so we asked the experts at Rip Curl how to find the best fit for you.

Sun setters block one-piece $99.99, stockists: ripcurl.com.au
Cut out crop bikini top $19.99 Cotton On Body
Water body suit $159 wallien.com.au

Function: Define your needs and what you will be doing day-to-day in your swimwear to ensure you’re feeling confident and comfortable. If you’re headed to Bali to go surfing for a week, you may want a long sleeve surf suit for extra sun protection. If you’re lazing by the shore, you might be happier in a tri-top and a high waisted bikini bottom.

Fit and support: If you have a larger bust, you might be better with styles that are fully adjustable and/or have wider straps, as well as a wider under-bust band. If you’re going to be active in your swimmers, go for something with a bit of compression that’s higher at the neck.

Crop bralette $80 skwosh.com.au

Coverage in the bottom: We have five different bottom coverage options that will ensure you find the right fit for your needs – it’s mostly down to confidence and what you feel comfortable in.

Fabric: Texture is key! If you’re a ‘simple black bikini’ person, try changing it up this season and incorporating some texture. Texture and print match is also a great option which adds some dimension to your bikini wardrobe, or you may prefer a fabric that has high compression for performance and staying active in the water.

Have fun: With so many beautiful prints in the range this season, and with so many textures and solids to match them, you can mix it up your way!
