The Brumbies schedule for the 2022 Super Rugby Pacific season has been released today, with the club set for a number of blockbuster matches at home.
The ACT side will kick-off their season in New Zealand against former club champion Christian Lealifano and Moana Pasifika in Auckland on Friday 18 February.
They will then head to Melbourne to take on the Rebels for Super Round which sees all six games played at AAMI Park that weekend.
Brumbies fans will have to wait until round three to see their side at GIO Stadium, with a meeting with traditional rivals, the NSW Waratahs, scheduled for Saturday night, 5 March.
The Super Rugby AU Grand Final rematch will take place in round four with the Brumbies heading to Queensland to take on the Reds on Saturday 12 March. The return game will see the Reds come to Canberra in round 11 for a Friday night blockbuster on 29 April.
The venue for the Brumbies round six home match against the Chiefs is yet to be locked in with the NRL and the Raiders already booked in to play the Titans on Saturday night, 26 March.
A tough finish to the regular season is in store for the Brumbies as they host last year’s Super Rugby Aotearoa champion Crusaders before the Super Rugby Trans Tasman champion Blues in rounds 14 and 15.
